TANYA Method has developed and uses proprietary educational frameworks, models, learning systems, terminology, audio content, course structures, assessments, exercises, worksheets, visual models, and instructional methodologies designed to support learning, strategic thinking, and business growth.

All course content, audio recordings, podcast episodes, workshop recordings, videos, written materials, graphics, downloadable resources, workbooks, presentations, community materials, event materials, educational resources, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may access these materials solely for their personal learning and internal business use.

Without prior written permission, users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, sell, license, modify, repurpose, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit TANYA Method materials.
• Record, duplicate, redistribute, or publicly share audio lessons, workshop recordings, podcast content, member-only content, or educational materials.
• Teach, train, coach, certify, license, or deliver programs based on TANYA Method content or frameworks.
• Remove branding, trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary notices.
• Share paid course materials, workshop recordings, audio lessons, downloads, or member-only resources with non-authorized individuals.

Participation in a course, workshop, membership, event, community, or educational program does not grant ownership of any TANYA Method intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by TANYA Method.

6. USER ACCOUNTS

Some Services may require account registration.

Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their accounts.

7. COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND MEMBER CONDUCT

The Growth Circle Community is intended to be a respectful, collaborative, and supportive learning environment.

Members agree to:

• Treat others with dignity, professionalism, and respect.
• Engage in constructive discussion.
• Respect differences in experience, culture, background, and perspective.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, bullying, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
• Avoid spam, excessive self-promotion, or disruptive conduct.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.
• Respect intellectual property rights.

TANYA Method reserves the right to remove content, suspend participation, or terminate memberships that violate these standards.

8. REFUND POLICY

Purchases made through TANYA Method™ may be subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

By purchasing any course, workshop, membership, digital product, event, educational resource, or other offering from TANYA Method™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS, DOWNLOADABLE RESOURCES, AND MINI-COURSES

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of digital products, downloadable resources, and mini-courses are final once accessed, viewed, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to the purchaser.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Mini-courses
• Audio lessons
• Video lessons
• Downloadable guides
• Templates
• Worksheets
• Workbooks
• Checklists
• Assessments
• Toolkits
• Digital downloads
• Educational resources
• Bonus materials

Once access has been granted or content has been downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided.

COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIPS

Growth Circle Community memberships may be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not automatically entitle a member to a refund of prior payments or unused portions of a membership period.

Members whose access is suspended or terminated due to violations of Community Standards, intellectual property violations, harassment, abusive conduct, discrimination, spam, or other prohibited activities are not eligible for refunds.

WORKSHOPS, COURSES, AND EVENTS

Refund eligibility for workshops, premium courses, cohort programs, live events, and future in-person events shall be governed by the Refund Policy published on the TANYA Method™ website at the time of purchase.

TANYA Method™ reserves the right to update or modify its Refund Policy at any time.
