1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY
TANYA Method™ offers a fourteen (14) day refund period for eligible purchases unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and should include your full name, email address used for purchase, product or service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, DOWNLOADABLE RESOURCES, AND MINI-COURSES
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of digital products, downloadable resources, and mini-courses are final once accessed, viewed, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to the purchaser.
This includes mini-courses, audio lessons, video lessons, downloadable guides, templates, worksheets, workbooks, checklists, assessments, toolkits, digital downloads, educational resources, and bonus materials.
Once access has been granted or content has been downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be provided.
3. PREMIUM COURSES AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Unless otherwise stated, eligible premium courses and educational programs may qualify for a refund request submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase.
Refund eligibility may be limited if substantial portions of a course have been completed, downloaded, copied, consumed, or otherwise accessed.
TANYA Method™ reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
4. GROWTH CIRCLE COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIPS
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle a member to a refund of prior payments.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a membership period.
5. LIVE ONLINE WORKSHOPS
Refund requests for live online workshops must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event date to receive a full refund.
Requests submitted fewer than fourteen (14) days before the event may not be eligible for a refund.
At TANYA Method's discretion, a credit toward a future workshop may be offered.
6. FUTURE IN-PERSON EVENTS, WORKSHOPS, AND CONFERENCES
Specific refund terms for those events will be provided at the time of registration and may supersede portions of this Refund Policy.
TANYA Method™ is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging expenses, transportation costs, lost wages, or other expenses associated with attendance.
7. COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND MEMBER CONDUCT
Members who are suspended, removed, or terminated due to violations of community standards, harassment, discrimination, bullying, abusive behavior, intellectual property violations, spam, disruptive conduct, or other prohibited activities are not eligible for refunds.
8. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you experience a billing concern, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
9. EXCEPTIONS
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that may be provided under application consumer protection laws.
10. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY
TANYA Method™ reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
