I am an award-winning, 360-degree marketer and strategist. My career has been a journey of bold lessons, unexpected opportunities, and transformational growth. From the legendary Frank Mingo Agency to the boardrooms of Ogilvy, I discovered that access to knowledge can change a business's future. The TANYA Method was built to put that knowledge directly into the hands of entrepreneurs and small business owners ready to grow with purpose and possibility.

Long before the TANYA Method had a name, I was developing strategy at the highest levels of the advertising industry — leading and executing winning strategies, plans, and campaigns for some of the world's largest brands, institutions, and events.

As CEO and CMO of True One Agency, I became known in the industry as the fixer — the strategist brought in when something was broken and needed to work again. I have consulted with more than 100 clients, including legacy brands, agency C-suite teams, universities, politicians, community organizations, and celebrity brands.

WHERE IT STARTED - The Backstory

I grew up watching my parents do what they loved and build successful businesses doing it. Their success as entrepreneurs is the first place I ever saw what it looks like to read a business from the inside — long before I had language for signals, KPIs, or loops.

That early exposure became a lifelong love of transferring knowledge — taking what I had learned in rooms most people never get access to, and handing it to the people who needed it most.

I was mentored by two industry legends. Frank Mingo, founder of The Mingo Group, built a legacy on multicultural marketing genius and the power of authentic simplicity. He trained me, to measure what mattered, and to analyze a signal until it told the truth — not just the story I wanted to hear.

Debra Thomas, a CMO and brand and media strategist, trained me in social patterns, in metrics, and in every touchpoint that makes a brand both innovative and inclusive. She taught me the real secrets behind brand loyalty and sustainable retention.

That training never left me; it expanded throughout my career and shaped both my clients' success and my own. It became the spine of everything I teach today. I love it, I have mastered it, and it is my calling to share it.
